There are a total of 14 trees including: apricots, peaches, almonds, pecans, pines and hackberry.

Pond and gazebo. The back of the property borders the Tonto National Forest.  
The Gazebo next to the pond is equipped with power, lights and a ceiling fan. 
There is a large BBQ grill, food smoker, and sink built in.
The pond is stocked with Koi and goldfish. The water draws a lot of wildlife from the surrounding desert.

There are many quail in the area that frequent the pond. The eggs start hatching around mid May and you will see broods numbering from just a few to 20 or more.

There are two 8' x 20' steel cargo containers that are earth-bermed on the sides and rear. 
The storage units keep cool even when the temperatures are high.  Great for storing bicycles, quads and other items that take up space in the garage
